| Our
members provide residential, commercial and industrial real estate
appraisal services throughout Mercer, Ocean and Monmouth counties in
the beautiful garden state of New Jersey. Our services are
designed to meet customer needs in the areas of relocation,
condemnation, farmland preservation, conservation easements, pension
funds, feasibility studies, tax appeals, bankruptcy, and
divorce. Additional services include mortgage appraisals
including FHA, PMI removal, detrimental conditions and litigation
support. |

| Our members have
met stringent membership requirements of the Appraisal Institute,
thereby demonstrating their ability to provide a wide variety of
services pertaining to real estate valuation decisions.
In addition, members hold the general appraisal designation of MAI,
SRPA, or SREA. The residential appraisal members hold the SRA
or RM designation. Identified by their experience and
knowledge of real estate valuation, these designated members adhere
to a strictly enforced Code of Professional Appraisal Practice.
Currently the Appraisal Institute confers one general designation,
the MAI, and one residential designation, the SRA. |
