Appraisal Institute Residential Database (AIRD)

www.airdport.com

Created for appraisers and the real estate industry by software infrastructure technology company FNC, Inc., in concert with the Appraisal Institute, the Appraisal Institute Residential Database (AIRD) is the first national, Web-based source of accurate, nonconfidential residential physical property data. AIRD offers three levels of data: 1) appraisal data, 2) public record data, and 3) premier “blended record” data. Because AIRD is nonproprietary, contributing appraisers retain ownership of their data.
